The last book in the Bad Bachelor’s trilogy, the writing is just as sharp and the storyline just as clever as the first two books. Some series only have a passing nod to the previous books but these tie in nicely to each other. If you’re looking for a smart, modern storyline that can be a longer read (by getting all three) then this is for you. Books can also be standalone but I think then you’re missing part of the fun.

One True Love.

A good story that reminds us that communication, honesty and no secrets are essential for a relationship to survive. Family is not always about blood, but about those that accept us and love us for who we are, flaws an all.

I really enjoyed this book. This is the first story I've read by Stefanie London and it made me want to read the rest of the books in this series. Joe and Annie both made their share of mistakes in the fight that caused their break up, but neither could admit it. Well, fast forward three years and throw in some threats, and they are on their way to working through those issues. Their return to love was rocky, but at the same time, beautiful. This story captivated me and I will definitely be going back to read the stories of Annie's friends.

This was a tough one. I had to read it, BUT, I had not liked what I learned of this new heroine in book 1 or book 2. See Annie created an app where men are rated. Sure, I like the idea, but this is the internet. People are trolls. So both heroes in book 1 and 2 got their lives ruined. One had only good reviews, but still got a shitstorm. And the first had only bad reviews, but not his fault either.
After those I had to read her story, what made her do it!

Annie had a boyfriend. They broke up. She created this app. I still do not agree with her choices, se saw their lives get ruined! But, her heart was in a good place and the app did do good things too.
Does she have a reason to be angry at her ex, well yes, but she was in fault too. A relationship goes both ways.

Joe was a great guy. He tried to make his parents proud (they were frankly asshats), and yes he did make a mistake. He should not have taken it that hard.

People make mistakes. These two should have talked and done a long distance until things calmed down. But they were asshats. So both are at fault, and well I forgive Joe cos he is such a sweetie.

Lots of character talk ;) On to the story. They meet again, obvi sparks fly. Someone wants to take down her app and things happen.

I enjoyed the story.

I liked her different voices and accents. She made Annie sound vulnerable in a great way

*I received this ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review*

According to Goodreads this book is book 3 in a series called, Bad Bachelors. But I haven't read any of the other ones and was able to read it without confusion. I believe that this book could be considered a standalone. This book is about a woman who is heartbroken after her boyfriend leaves for another country leaving her behind with her sick mother, creates an app to help the woman of the city she lives in find safe men to date. I recently read an arc like this a couple weeks ago. I didn't care for that one but I loved this book. The main character Annie is such a sweet and caring character. When she found out that her mother had cancer she knew immediately that she couldn't leave the country with her boyfriend, soon to been fiance. I also enjoyed the character of Joe. Even thought he's supposed to be some big tough CEO he's super sweet and is nice to everyone. He never once treated anyone like they were lower than him.

Other than the characters I loved the plot. Most books that have some steamy romance in it either have too much where there's no plot or not enough. This one wasn't that steamy and focused more on the plot than the sex. I would consider this book to be a suspenseful romance. Just because Annie is being stalked and threatened by this mysterious stranger who hates Bad Bachelors, her app/blog.

There was only one problem I had with this book and its the main reason why I gave it only 4.5 stars instead of 5. This is going to be some what of a spoiler so please look away if you don't want to know. Joe finds out who the stalker is and he doesn't tell Annie and we don't know if he ever went to the police or what punishment was given to him.

Everything else in this book was great and was a really quick read for me. I would definitely be interested in reading the other books in this series or other books by this author.

With each installment, this series just regressed into something awful. For me, anyway.

I get the person's reasons for keeping the site (Bad Bachelor) but the awful fake reviews didn't sit well with me. As well, the friendship ruined (and redeemed so easily, if I may add *eyeroll*). I don't know if I would be so forgiving.

I'm still fuming.

Kind of blind-sided that Annie's romance is about restarting her relationship with Joe - was thinking that she would meet a guy that would make her forget him, but honestly, this works too.

I think I was most invested in Annie and Joe's relationship. Thought the story addressed their past decisions and how it affected their present ones quite well and realistically. And honestly, overall, I thought this was the most sweet of the 3 instalments.

I mean, there was a lot of angst, but it was reasonable and relatable.

SpoilerWhile shutting down Bad Bachelor was a no-brainer, I really liked what Annie decided to do instead.
