I skipped directly from the first novel to the last novel. It was a nice wrap-up of all the mysteries set up from the beginning, hah. TBH I think I saved myself a lot of filler...! (I'm sure the other books were "fun", but clearly the main thrust of the series was in the first and last.)

This book is a really good ending to this series. It really has a "last book of the series" feel to it, you notice that this book is a bit different than the earlier books in this series. Still I really liked it and I love the ending.
I find her novels really silly in the beginning ( I mean Morgoi and Strigoi..are we in a candy shop...and vampires sleeping in coffins in the very next series I start...don't even get me started on imps and succubi) .....yet I can't stop reading and in the end I can tell you that it was so worth reading - no regrets....go figure.

Oh. My. God. This deserves 10 stars at the least...best ending to an amazing-fantastic-entertaining-addicting series ever! I am SO satisfied with the ending, beautifully written. Pure bliss:)
I normally am never satisfied when a series ends and the last book comes out. I always feel like the story should have ended a couple books back. I thought I was going to feel the same about this series but this book was my favorite of the series (well, second to the first book). Carter has always been one of my favorite characters in the series and I was so happy that we got to see much more of him in this last book. All in all I was very satisfied with how the story ended. I will miss Georgina and Seth!!
Probably the weakest of the last 3 books, I guessed what was going to happen at the beginning of Succubus Shadows, but hey it was still a fun ride! I just HATE not knowing what happened to Roman.
Ah, Georgina's story is finally over. While predictable, I enjoyed the story very much. The ending was just so right. Everyone should have a Carter on their side...or maybe we do?
