The writing was excellent and a recap for me as I followed the case. The author's prose was easy to following and kept me hooked. That being said I am always hesitant when an author using conjuncture for thoughts they can't possibly know or taking based on what others believe. I do believe that Alex killed his family, was a serial liar, and a thief. 
Be warned the descriptions of Paul's death are graphic.

I never really followed this case so I was pleased to read everything outlined and put together to me in one neatly told narrative. Easy to read and comprehensive!

This book. My goodness…..The author has written this like a movie script! A movie script that you can’t believe is real. The research, the wording, everything is incredible. I did have a hard time reading this in the beginning because I could not get pass the incredulous actions Alex M did. How did he sleep at night? It comes down to an age old question, when is enough enough? In the case of Murdaugh, these is no enough. There is only more. More lies, more deception, more greed. May he get the days he deserves.
