I really appreciate the fact that Mindy writes about her failures as well as her successes. This book was amusing and I enjoyed reading it, although I'm a little irked that I don't know why she chose this title. It seemed unrelated to me. Some of the chapters are really random- it would have been a better book with a little more continuity.

Audiobook.

Having never seen the office, or even anything Mindy is in, I didn't really get too much out of the parts where she is talking about her work. I did enjoy the scenarios that go through her head to encourage her to work out.

Loved it. I found myself using my Kindle highlight function a lot and wanted to copy & paste entire passages into my personal blog, simply stating "Read this - the same is true for me."

An excellent no-brainer, often funny (sometimes too wannabe-funny, unfortunately), with occasional observations that actually make sense. A perfect book for when you want a break from more Serious Literature.

This book was constantly making me laugh. I love The Office, and never really thought of Mindy Kaling as "funny" because I always just consider one of those extra characters in the show with a few funny lines. But I was wrong. She is funny and seems like a really lovely person in real life. :]
