A nice read for Christmas time, definitely put me in the spirit for the Holidays. The characters were lovable, and the scenarios very heartwarming.
If you're looking for cheessyness and love at first sight stories, this is the book for you.
A few things were a bit hard to believe, and I would've liked a bit more depth on certain situations and parts of the story, but still it was a nice read. Festive, interesting, and easy to read.

This book has a little bit of everything – family, friendship, romance, history and, of course, Christmas magic.
LOVED – Loved the theme of found community and family – The story starts with Meg grieving the loss of her father, her last living relative, and ends with her life filled with people who love and care for her, both emotionally and physically. It was my favorite part of the book.
MEH – There were a lot of story lines, and not all of them well done – Meg’s grief, Meg and Ellie’s friendship, the building tenants, the building itself, Logan’s crazy ex, Meg’s relationship with her ex and the bff she left behind in NYC, Meg’s dreams for a career in fashion, second chances at love, and of course, the story of the magical Christmas dress.
DISLIKED – The story line regarding Logan and his ex was just bizarre, like one of those cooky story lines in daytime soap operas.
