Bro I didn’t want to read this book, I just wanted to get to find out what happens next with Faythe. I’m saying that, it ended up being a great book - I didn’t want to put it down!

I felt so connected to Tauria that I was getting frustrated at everyone calling her Princess when she’s a goddamn Queen!

Tarly was a pain in the ass, so hot and cold, it was frustrating! First he would treat her like a dog, telling her to ‘sit’ and then protect her and have the fun flirty banter. I got whiplash 🤣

It was nice to see the mating bond in this series. Each author has a different approach and it was a refreshing change of pace. All romance between Nik and Tauria made me swoon!

I knew this book was going to be a bit more difficult than the previous three just because of the change in main character and the way the third book ended. I really loved Nik and Taurias story though and I am so happy that they are finally together. Im shitting my pants and ready for more Faythe and Reylan though. I really hope Lycus is not dead and I want to know wtf is going on with Tylan and Reuban now that Marvellus is dead?!??

This was SO BORING.  To make a 19 hour audio book predominantly about 2 formerly side characters that are so utterly boring?!? Especially after the excitement of the last book that brought so much interest. The dark fae. Faith’s journey. The best part of this book was the epilogue with faith. But most of this books was just boring star crossed love. And I just didn’t care and couldn’t wait for it to be over.

I’ll continue the series because that epilogue leads me to believe it will get good again. Hopefully there is much less Nicolas and Toria. Because snorefest.

“I am home.”

That is how I feel when I read this series. They are all truly so beautifully written, so much so that you are immersed into the story and can visualize as you read, which I love. A Clash of Three Courts was no different.

I felt all the emotions when going through ACOTC. From all the questions answered, truths revealed, and twists and turns that I did not expect. What really got me was Nik and Tauria’s relationship and it’s progression. They broke my heart, but it got put it back together for the very best reasons. It was everything I needed.

Their character growth was done beautifully. Nik and Tauria’s strength and perseverance was unmatched. Even Tarly… I thought I would end up disliking him, but he definitely pulled through.

I really loved the political side to this story and there were so many times I was left shocked; there were even some tears. I am still reeling!

I couldn’t recommend this series more, especially this installment as well. You definitely do not want to skip! Thank you so much to Chloe for sending me this ARC in return for an honest review! So ready for the next one already!

Very slow in the beginning which made it hard to get through. I love the characters but the plot was moving so slowly. The end made up for it though. 3.5 stars.

I love the main characters, so I was a little distraught at first realizing this wasn’t a continuation of what happened to Faythe. But, omg, this book had me on the edge of my seat.

Spoilers ahead!

Tarly found a way into my heart, and apparently Tauria’s too. His cold exterior doesn’t match his heart. I could so be team Tarly if it weren’t for Nik. The balcony scene?!
