OMG! I sort of knew what I was getting into but didn't realize this was this deep and creepy! How can someone manage to tell such an interesting story in 30 pages? This is the most psychopath thing I've ever read this year! It reminds me a little of the show Odd Taxi (although this is not the same story and is darker!) But it has the fall horror vibes!
(Would recommend trigger warnings just in case!)

Incredibly dark. Has the same vibe as the movie Mr. Brooks, I would be surprised if it wasn’t partly an inspiration.

Beautiful painted art style. Dexter meets Zootopia in the best ways possible. Eisner-nominated to boot
This is one of the best graphic novels I have ever read.
It is a bit of Richard Scary's Busytown, a bit of Disney's Zootopia, and a lot of Dexter. It is a very fresh, very unique storytelling take on this sort of thing. The art reminds me of "Little Bear" books - definitely children's book style. But then the subject matter comes full front and you realize that this is in fact not a children's book.

I liked that it was of the horror genre but I didn’t really care for the story or characters. It was also super short and because of that, felt rushed. I guess forensic science doesn’t apply to animals or something…was strange that Samantha got away with it all.
