Oh man I really enjoyed this book! Throughout the story I was getting major Wicked/ Glephaba vibes and it was just amazing. I loved how the world building was, it didn’t seem like it was info dumping me at all. My only issue with the book was that it was REALLY fast towards the end, to the point where I had to reread a few actions a couple times, but other than that it was great. The shock factor in it was also really nicely done in my opinion

the first 80% of this book completely contradicts the last 20%- how in the world are you going to write a book about a fantasy mixed race woman who is discriminated against for her half dark fae blood, have her reassert that she’s not evil because of her race, and then have the last 20% shrug and say actually the other vila (?) are actually all evil so like it was justified that you got beat and starved as a kid. it just makes no coherent sense
