adventurous emotional lighthearted slow-paced

I liked the art style. This volume doesn't start out the best but got better towards the end. I liked the ending. I may eventually continue with the series.

This is probably my fourth or fifth time rereading this volume in particular, and it still holds up as one of my favorites. I think the biggest pull is just how much I relate to Eiko on a personal level -- her desire to knock off work in order to run home to game hits home hard, as well as her overall disinterest / feigned disinterest towards starting any romantic relationships, believing it is too late for her. While admittedly Koikakubo does come on a bit strong, and his initial reason for helping Eiko is a bit weak, I can forgive it in light of his age and Eiko's own awkwardness.
