I love the writing style and found this book funny! I thought it was gonna be a 5* read but the last bit fell flat for me and I was disappointed by lack of real ending. I was expecting something more that never happened

Considering how many crime podcasts and tv shows I watch, a lot that feature unhinged women, you’d think this would’ve captivated me…but it didn’t. This was unsettling honestly. I still can’t quite wrap my head around Greta and Big Swiss’ relationship…how’d it start so damn fast?! They were both pretty unappealing and I don’t understand what made them so obsessed with either other, ESPECIALLY on Big Swiss’ part…

I think this one was a very cool concept, but it overall fell a little flat for me. Plus I’m still pissed about the ending and lack of actual conclusion to anything, so frustrating.

For someone who enjoys mkre serious or emotional fiction, I found this so funny and light in parts to read. Greta & Big Swiss as characters are relatable in various ways, the tension between them is magnetic. The sub plots of the dogs, side characters and the strange omnipresent therapist ‘OM’ creates a very dynamic world to escape to. I would’ve given this 5 stars if the ending had more closure and a sense of resolution. I’m left still concerned for Greta & Big Swiss’ wellbeing and how their lives will continue.
