Good action, I liked both characters, but I wanted more from the ending, especially since book 2 focuses on another couple. What’s Freyja’s origin? Weird that that wasn’t answered.

This was a fast, but sassy, steamy read.
Was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Would happily read more.

An enjoyable read

I enjoyed this story which took awhile to heat up and get to the ongoing storyline. The next book will determine if I continue reading the series.

A fun bit of escapism read. A fierce heroine and super sexy dragon shifter, yum. Definitely reading on.

There were some things that I found questionable. I felt some things were very obvious and found it frustrating when she didn't see what I so obviously saw but it was still a good read. I enjoyed the romance.

This book was a very interesting concept! I never read a book about Icelandic mythology and it was so cool! However, I did find it very slow at times and kind of boring. I did like Rurik and the next book's premise sounds very intriguing!
