I really loved Nicos and Libbys relationship, it was so funny xD. (I hope it goes the enemies to friends route) Secondly quick appreciation for all the women in the book 💗 (Except Eilif, leave Gideon alone ò-ó, he just wants to be happy with Nico.) Libby was amazing! Parisa too, she was epic!!! I also loved Reina, I just wish she had more chapters ;-;. Her povs were always so interesting. It was always just so cool to read about what was going on in their minds, because the are so insanely smart. >u< (Also Parisas povs could tell us what other people were thinking too xD)jadorelecafe's review against another edition

There is no immersion into this world. My eyes kept jumping forward begging it to be over with faster. I would reread sentences several times and still be confused in the next paragraph.
Interesting characters were largely ignored and the uninteresting characters were heavily focused on. The artwork, though beautiful, strangely did not match the characters each section was named for, which didn’t make sense to me.
It felt like whole chapters were missing and the ones that were there dragged on forever and a day. Anything interesting was just simply dropped the next page in infuriating regularity. The last two chapters of the book seemed like they were written for another work entirely, in that they were interesting and actually held my attention.
To go from talking in tiring detail about the complexities of stopping time to calling someone a useless fuckboi just because they could in the next sentence was jarring and not in a way to bring humor or relief from the vast complexities the text tried and failed to reach.
The concept was super cool and I wanted to love this book, but unfortunately, I did not.

The Atlas Six was The dark academia book we've been loking for.
When I first saw the cover, I thought it will be some kind of fantasy. It wasn't. It was a suprising witchy contemporary.
The first chapter was a little confusng. Like in all books, we have to figure out how the world have been built, but after reading the first chapter I kind of understood the system. I loved the different point of views, and by reading every character's thoughts I could learn their intentions, and desires. And yes, I have a favourite character, but they all so close to my heart,- because they're so different and lovable- it almost hard to choose between the six of them.
The pacing for me was a little slow, the plot started to unreveal itself in the half of the book, and after that I could really enjoy the story. I lack the diversity from the characters, because they came from different cultures and countries, and I would've loved to read about that too, not just the witchy part.
I loved the mysterous quest, and that everything was (and currently is) in the mist, where no one can see shit. We didn't get a lot of answers to the insanely amount of questions we asked, but that is what the sequel is for :)) The end was shocking, I didn't see that coming.
Plus point for the fan art about the chracters. It was unique and naturally, beautiful.
I gave it 3.5 stars because of the pacing, and because the choosing and magic system was a little confusing, but the plot and the characters were well written, and the ending was amazing.
Minor: Addiction, Death, and Violence
