Still as good as the first time I ever read it. Really enjoyed reading it out loud to my son as he went to sleep. And getting to do all the voices, of course!

Um descanso e oásis em meio a tempestades

Reli este livro em inglês e lembro que tentei o mesmo ano passado e não conseguia avançar muito e me repetia várias e várias vezes, por ser uma leitura que me era "permitida" (e ainda com restrições) em uma instituição que participei e me impediu de ser eu mesmo. Assim, esse livro assumiu não só a função de ser um descanso para minha mente de tanta pressão, mas o ato simbólico de sair de um contexto mal para minha vida e ainda que enfrentando dificuldades, poder ser livre e não aprisionado a uma realidade sufocante.

A cozy and fun fantasy read! The only regret I have is not pacing the book properly which impacted my enjoyment as this is more of a read-a-chapter-a-day book and not a weekend-binge-read book. It was soo fun and endearing following Bilbo and the dwarves' journey and the adventures they get themselves into. I also really appreciate the overall message coming from a middle grade novel
