I enjoyed the look into his daily life in Rome. And could relate to some of his feelings of being lost. A complicated character but nothing too new. An interesting relationship between him and a woman who, thinking back, kinda gives manic pixie dream girl vibes. Not as whimsical or a relationship as other books/films with that trope have. Bonded by their sadness maybe. I don’t know overall I enjoyed it though, liked what it made my think about in my own life coming out of it.

Read in a day - easy to read, feel like probably was deeper than I understood it but it was so good.
