LEGEN-don't wait for it - DARY . This book is legendary . And definitely Ms. Leigh Bardugo's magnum opus . I was shaking when I finished Six Of Crows . This book is a freakin' wrecking ball ! It destroyed me ! Because I have not read anything quite like this . Game Of Thrones meets Ocean's Eleven . For chrissakes I love them both .

I cannot put my feelings into words . This book is just too precious . The setting . The characters . The plot . Everything about Six Of Crows is mind blowing , bombastic !
The story is set in the Grishaverse and takes place in Ketterdam which is based on Netherlands . The novel begins with a Shu scientist Bo Yul Bayur creating a drug jurda parem which enhances a grisha's ability multifold .A rich Kerch mercher Jan Van Eck proposes Kaz Brekker , the boss of a Barrel gang Dregs, an offer to break into the Fjerdan Ice Court and retrieve Bo . For which Kaz has to form a team which can help him achieve his target .
And what can I possibly say about the cast of characters . Each one of them is fleshed out and you feel for them .
KAZ BREKKER
Bastard of the Barrel . Dirtyhands . Leader of the Dregs . He has a limp and uses a fashionable cane with a crow head . (I have searched for that crow head cane almost everwhere. It will make a great accessory at parties) . And this guy is the best anti-hero since Deadpool (Kaz wrenched out a jerk's eye with his own two fingers) .
Kaz is the 2nd best protagonist I've ever encountered in a YA novel . And he doesn't appear as a teenager to me . But you've got love this guy . He is the glue which holds the novel together . Most dynamic member of the Crows . He is the MVP . No arguments .
INEJ GHAFA
The Wraith . Spider . She defies gravity just like in The Matrix movies . My words cannot do justice to her so please don't judge . I have a crush on her . Don't tell Kaz .
If Kaz was glue , then Inej was the driving force . She brought the action and intensity to the novel . She is the catalyst to further the proceedings . Be it her daredevilry while scaling rooftops . Or her skills in spying . This Suli girl is The epitome of perfection .
NINA ZENIK
Beauty with brains . A Grisha heartrender who lives in Ketterdam . I just loved every moment she had in the book . Her and Inej's friendship is the sweetest thing after Jesper-Wylan in the novel .
JESPER FAHEY
Zemeni born sharpshooter . He is addicted to gambling . He is the source of humor and old school fun in the novel .
MATTHIAS HELVAR
A Fjerdan drüskelle . Locked inside Hellgate prison . It is Kaz's team who break him out . Nina's and his banter is just adorable .
WYLAN VAN ECK
The underdog . A pure cinnamon roll . But he had his own dark , sad past .
I cannot rave enough about Bardugo's writing . It is gazillion times better than in The Grisha trilogy . The heist . The thieves . Kaz Brekker . Six Of Crows is an explosion of feels . If you haven't read this . Go . Read . This . Right . Now !!!
This year I will definitely ask for 'a ticket to Ketterdam' from Santa on Christmas .

I liked the book it's really good but im not crazy over it like I expected I'll be from all the praise it has.
The thing I loved the most was the characters, their backgound stories and their motivations. Didn't like the "plan" so much and the ending didn't satisfy me bcs I expected something bigger and more shocking I guess.

Every page of this book locked me right in and I inhaled it. The plans, the relationships, the action, the twist and turns, the heartache, I was completely obsessed and I am going to need to read the next one as soon as possible.
