From the Shadow and Bone series, I adored Nina and Mathias. So this was amazing to satisfy that need for enemies-to-lovers craving. The heist goes so wrong but they save the day of course and I must read the next one to make sure Kaz and Inej end up together.

Read this back in 2021 and gave it 4 stars. Reread definitely solidified this as a 5 star book for me. Love the characters and their relationships. Love the storyline and all the twists and turns. Well written with some powerful one liners. Can definitely see myself rereading this again and again.
