Absolutely loved this book. It was refreshing to see genuinely flawed characters with justification for their lapses in judgment who go on to redeem themselves. Ryder was a blast. I created this web weave of the book and its aesthetic feel free to check it out and let me know what you think! I rarely do this but I genuinely adored the setting and backdrop of this book.

Dakota has had a deep connection with Ryder, her brothers best friend, for as long as she can remember. He has been her confidant, friend, protector and taste taster since she was 6. When she had her son, Ryder was there, helping and loving her son as if he was his own.
One night when someone breaks into her home,it’s Ryder she calls, he then insists she and her son, Kayden, stay with him until the police find who is responsible.
When living in close quarters becomes to much it’s time for both of them to stop hiding from their feelings and take a chance.
Ryder is a strong, confident, loyal, sexy, tattooed, deeply flawed man. When it comes to Dakota there isn’t anything he wouldn’t do to prove himself worthy of her and her son.
This book was great. It has everything, friends to lovers, brothers best friend, single mom, flawed yet sexy MC.
A twist I truly didn’t see coming. This series is great.

ARC REVIEW: DON’T FORGET ME TOMORROW BY A L JACKSON
RATING: 4/5 ⭐️
PUB DATE: 10/10
SYNOPSIS: When my best friend's little sister walks in on me moaning her name, it's all over. All restrains are shattered, and ever boundary demolished. Nothing will be the same. For years, I've tried to keep my distance from Dakota Cooper. She's everything I've ever wanted and the one thing I can't have. But when she calls me in the middle of the night after someone tries to break into her house, I can no longer handle that distance and convince her to stay with me, along with her young son. I should have known having her living under my room would push me to the edge. Ignite the need that has simmered for so long. The problem is, she's forbidden. Off-limits. And I know better than crossing that line. I can't drag her into the dark secrets of my life. But I can't stay away from her either, so I do the one thing I shouldn't-I take. And now that I've had her, I'm not sure I can save her from who I am...
i really liked this story! the chemistry between the two characters was good. the MMC was very protective of her and didn’t have eyes for anyone else. i liked the morally gray aspect as well. it wasn’t super cheesy and i thought it all flowed really well. would recommend!

Absolutely LOVED this one. I really knew I would enjoy this series from book one but man I never wanted this story to end. The dynamic and chemistry between these two was so hot. I truly was able to feel connected to them both as individuals and as a couple. If you love small town romances this is a must read series for sure!

Don’t Forget Me Tomorrow is the second book in the Time River series by A.L. Jackson, featuring a riveting brother’s best friend romantic suspense story that will leave you breathless. Ryder has loved Dakota for years, but his own demons have forced him to keep them in the friend zone. But when danger seems to darken Dakota’s door, Ryder can’t stop himself from stepping up to protect her and her adorable little boy. When the forced proximity finally ignites the passion that’s been simmering between them for so long, Ryder knows things have to change. What kind of threats will be unleashed when his dark secrets come out?
Holy Plot Twists! Wow! First, I love this Time River fictional world— the small town vibe, the friends that feel like family. But Ryder and Dakota? They are everything! All the feels! There was so much angst, tension, and longing early on. My heart just broke for them, even as I was dying to know what Ryder’s secrets were! The flashbacks were woven in so well, and the book had great flow. I’m just struck by the authenticity and rawness of the emotions, especially for Ryder. He was clearly struggling with a ton of pain and darkness. The chemistry between them was palpable throughout, and when they finally gave in it was explosive!
