After the cliffy at the end of the last book, we jump right into the aftermath of those events. Frankie has her up and downs trying to wade through it all. The guys are extra great throughout! There are lots of happy times and a few traumatic times. When I say traumatic you will know what I mean when you get to the "coffee" thing. Edward has made some surprising growth and we got to check in with some of fav side characters. A very emotional read all the way through, looking forward to the next book.

I'm a big fan of Frankie and her guys, and every time I pick up a book in this series, I don't know what to expect, but for the ending. I felt like lately the endings of the books are the same; they just keep repeating—there is only a different person dying each time.

In this book Frankie needs to deal with her mother's funeral and with her career as a musician. Frankie and Ian are forced to live in a different state from the guys while they are on tour presenting their music. When they are finally back all together for the winter holidays, death struck again.

WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT LAST 2 PAGES!!!!

@heathervlong you are a magician I am sure of it! How can you write such a sweet book full of love and beauty and then at almost the end of every one of them in this series leave us like THAT!!!

Its UNACCEPTABLE!! You should be grounded but since I need more books from you Im going to let it go lmfao.

This book picks right up where the last one left us. Frankie is sweet as pie as always and struggling after the events in Defiance and Dedication. The men are trying to help her best they can.

We are following dreams again/still in this book. We are getting some new upgrades

What a ride

Another book, another great, emotional read. They're all growing up and cementing their places and I'm here for all of it. One thing I truly loved about this book was how it dealt with grief. For Frankie it was even harder because in the end she was mourning the loss of what should have been but I got it because there's no one right way to grieve a loss. Ugh - I just love them all.

This series just keeps getting better and better. I loved going on tour with Ian and Frankie and seeing some of their life on the road. The guys were all amazing and supportive and I am so happy that Frankie and Ian got the opportunity to try and live out their dream. This book like all others in the series gets a little emotional but it is one of my favorites in the series in so far. Can't wait to see what Frankie and her guys are up to in the next book.

Oh Heather. First off, I am so sad because now there’s only two books left of Frankie and that makes me so freaking devastated. But gosh, this book was everything. It had me in all my feelings. And I fell even harder for the boys. The story was of course perfect and I can’t get it out of my head that this series is almost complete. Ugh. Anyways, after last books cliffhanger, this book was pretty great. The ending was sad not like last time where you’re like holy cow what? But it brought some tears to my eyes.

As usual, Heather illustrates the Frankies world so perfectly. I love entering this world again he has the cohesion we see between the characters (usually) is the best. I love all the boys personalities and how they banter. Frankie is Frankie. I keep wondering when she is going to catch a break but I think her time to shine is on the rise. This book made me happy, sad, cry, laugh a lot, and just super excited to be back in the world of Frankie. I am cautious to say I’m excited for the next book because that means one will be left. So, I’ll say, if you haven’t started this series yet, now is your time. Meanwhile, I will be PATIENTLY waiting the next book, we don’t need to rush it, ya know :’)

Have you read the earlier books? NO?! GO DO SO NOW!
Frankie and Bubba hit the road and make beautiful music. This installment starts and ends on a somber note but I trust the author to make it better in the next book. This book shows Frankie and her boys growing and changing but working to stay together. I love each installment and eagerly await the next.

Where to even start with this one…. After the MASSIVE cliffhanger in the last book, we dove right back into Frankie’s world. Watching her navigate grief, and feeling lost and numb was heartbreaking. But seeing the support she had from all her boys (and Rachel and Jeremy) was so beautiful!!

Loved getting to see a more in depth look at her and Ians music, and where they might be headed with that. And as always, LOVED the support and love everyone showed them while they chase their dreams!

In true Heather fashion, the ending left me REELING. I’ll be here impatiently waiting for book 11!!!

Songs and Sweethearts

I have to admit that this series is somewhat of a guilty pleasure for me. Some of it is hit and miss. Things didn't really get good for me til towards the end. I have a love hate relationship with it. But I'll be sticking it out for the 2 final books. I love all the characters it's just the story in the beginning of this book that had me bored. Not sure why, it just did.
