Update finished this and same thoughts as below, the constant referring to the PDF and just overall found this surface level and insufferable
I'm listening to the audio which Brene Brown narrates and I'm having to stop at 30%, idk if it's in the book or not but her saying I have to repeat that and then repeating the same quote or phase is really annoying to me, maybe I'll continue this later on but for now I just can't do it

It is one of those books that I wanted to absorb myself in it wholly and finish in one sitting yet at the same time wanted to stop and step away from it to breath and digest because it was so real and from the heart (Unsurprisingly).
I've loved everything Brené Brown wrote/spoke but this book is her masterpiece IMO. We should be sleeping next to this book for the rest of our lives if we want to connect to ourselves, to our own bodies and create meaningful connections with others around us.

this book is good! but there were many moments where I finally felt like I was understanding what she was saying and hoping for more examples and information, and then it would be the next section. that was a little disappointing. I wish this book was longer
