An insightful look into what the West's fear of cultural clashes allows and the mechanisms that exist (or need to be put in place) to fix what ails Asian women in the writer's Britain. Sanghera's tone can get patronizing but it's forgiven in light of the issue at hand.

An absolute must read for anyone who wants to understand more about honour violence, why it happens and what can be done to stop these horrendous crimes.
