I was brought to this book by Maintenance Phase podcast, so not "fresh" to this subject, but this is an amazing book. Aubrey's work has opened my eyes to the ocean of anti-fat bias we are all swimming in, and I'm grateful for advocates like her.

I've been enjoying the author's podcast on health fads/scams, and her insightfulness shines through here as well. Her experience at the doctor's at the end of the book really got to me.

I love Aubrey Gordon but I think this felt kind of repetitive and disorganized - probably in no small part because i listened to it on audiobook and partially because I have heard her talk about some of these things before
