It matters

If I tell you that environmental polluters are damaging sea life, you might think about it and then move on about your day. If I give you statistics and point fingers, you’ll tune out and move on. BUT, if I tell you a true story and you find a kinship with the sea life involved, you might listen. You might be more receptive to the facts. You might hear the call to action. This children’s book is engaging, informative, and imperative. Readers will get a peep into the lives that are so effected by our actions, or lack thereof, and hopefully find empathy.

This was… dark? Not great? Really not impressed with this. Don’t know how a book where orcas are the main characters could be so boring!  :( The art was really pretty though.
