I just want to say that I love true crime and I'm always intrigued by college kids, colleges, and professors (in both reality, fiction, and nonfiction). College campuses and towns are frosted bubbles where you think you know what's going on, but things are never what they seem.

Among the Bros exposes the drug world of fraternities in South Carolina. It focuses on a variety of boys (bros) that dealt with cocaine, Xanax, and marijuana. And alcohol, so much alcohol. This chaotic world of college students, specifically within Greek life, is, apparently, wild. Taking cues from the Wolf of Wall Street these bros thought they were invincible and they lived like it too.

Until one day one thing lead to another - one kid was murdered and everything crumbled around the College of Charleston.

This book takes you on a wild ride within the secret lives of fraternity pledges, hazing practices, and the life of rich kids who live life without consequences. This book shows us that there can be consequences, but just because you're arrested doesn't mean you're going to jail.

I enjoyed the ride but it was disturbing and upsetting that people still deal with and revel in this kind of thing.
