2.5 stars. Suspense was good but felt very cliched

I seen pretty early on the person involved in her disappearance but I throughly enjoyed this book begging to end

this author wows me everytime.
I loved this story so much it kept me trapped within its pages.
I highly recommend this story.

First of all, thank you to the publisher and the author for the advanced copy.

This wasn't a bad book. The plot was okay but there was a fundamental flaw.
SpoilerI knew from the beginning that her husband couldn't be the perp because he was so obviously set up to be suspicious. Filthy rich, much older, a bit possessive, and not showing a lot of emotion when she disappeared. With obvious red flags like that broadcast from the beginning, it couldn't be him.

Overall I didn't dislike it, but it's not one of the more memorable suspense books. I'm also really tired of books being compared to Gone Girl. For pete's sake, one of the characters in the book makes an internal reference to Gone Girl.

Wow, this one kept me guessing for a long time. I loved the characters and how the story jumped back and forth. I will be sure to look for more books from this author. If you haven't read it by this coming summer, place it on your summer reading list!

Interesting plot, interesting and unique characters. The description of "twisting novel of psychological suspense" seemed a little over the top to me. I guess I wouldn't even call it a thriller. I did like it though - I enjoy stories about real, flawed, people. The climax and final confrontation could have been more powerful/big/bold/etc., but overall I really liked it and I'd read more from this author.

actually pretty good

I seem to like all of Kent’s books! This one is told in the POVs of 2 sisters. One is very wealthy and questioning her marriage. She also has a stalker and soon disappears. The other sister is a little rough around the edges, but adores her sister. She is hell bent on finding her. I like switching POV as it definitely adds interest to this story. It reads very quickly with a satisfying end!
