It's been a long time since I read my last mystery book. So, reading this book was like breathing in fresh air for me.
This book has a kind of slow pace at the beginning, but the second half made me so curious about the end. I love that this book has a clear ending. I've read a few comments saying that this book is their least favorite in the Detective Galileo series, so I think I'll read other books in this series next time.
Yukawa reminds me of Majime from "The Great Passage" by Shion Miura. They are men with passion for their work, with the perfect amount of wisdom and subtlety. I wish I could be passionate about what I do too.
