Oh my god. Wow. Wow wow wow! I regret not reading this book sooner. It is so. Stinking. Good. I like to think I’m pretty good at predicting endings, but this one through me for a loop! I had nooooo idea what was going to happen throughout the entire book. Twists, mysteries, and suspense kept  me turning up until literally the very last page. I’m obsessed. I’m starting book two immediately. Good bye, sleep!

Definitely got Knives Out vibes from this book and it was super fun since I just love this genre. Like it was just this old guy died and left like all his money to some random girl. So fun! Still if was a pretty generic and kinda predictable but I do read a lot of mystery so idk about that. Found this a fun read and I think the second book will have a slightly more interesting plot but haven’t read that yet so I’m not sure. Overall just glad to have this book in my collection.

This. This book is written amazingly. How the author could make a book’s plot so complex and puzzling, yet still be able to keep the reader’s interest, takes real skills.

I’m not a fan of love triangles, and that is the only thing that puts me off about the book. Other than that, It's absolutely worth the read.

This book was alright.

It reminds me a little of a book a read when I was in elementary school called The Westing Game, but with a smidge of reverse harem trope thrown in and it was clearly written for a YA audience so all the romance bits were pretty cringe.

Favorite character was probably Oren the bodyguard.  Will likely read the next book because I'm curious where it will go with the puzzles and mysteries, but skim the romance bits since I don't care about the main characters enough.

This was A really fun time. It was just so entertaining and fun. There were some plot twist that I had me kind of shocked. I really liked all the characters. I also like the love triangle and I’m not sure who I like the best so that’s interesting. I really want to read the second one now.
