This book so so cute! I was in a reading slump so I was looking for something light to get me out of it and this fit the bill. While there are some darker elements with Liana's grief about her mother, it grounds the book instead of making it sad.

The dad was so frustrating and while I would have liked to see him understand what he was doing to his daughter and change, I kind of like that he didn't because some parents are just bad parents.

Overall it was a really sweet enemies to lovers, found family book.
