I absolutely adored this book. Words cannot describe how much I loved it. The characters felt fully fleshed-out and real, and the internal monologue was brilliant. This book dealt with heavy topics in a respectful and beautiful way. I 100% think everybody should read this book.

Very well written and perfectly paced. I was immersed in the story from start to finish. This book definitely made me cry in all the ways, too. I really appreciated going on this journey with Yami, even as a lesbian adult who thankfully did not have to attend Catholic high school, but who did attend one from K-5. Definitely worth the read and all the accolades.

yami is an adorable protagonist, who you can't help but love and root for. The Lesbiana's Guide to Catholic School is the YA book i wish i had as a teenager. Reyes writes the genre well, capturing the anxious high schooler's sense of urgency with refined precision.
