I hate everything that preaches ultimate productivity, especially ones that also encourage unhealthy habits along the way.
Sure the book mentions “connection” “meditation” “not compromising sleep” and all the new healthy buzzwords, but in essence it’s stating that in order to become “them” we need to compromise and throw away “us”.

What kind of yeeyee ass self help book even is this. Incredibly horrendous. The title of the book is basically all you're gonna get from reading this, so save yourself the time, money, and confusion.

This is hands down one of the most helpful books I EVER read. It is life-changing if you use the framework and tools in place for you to had structure to your life, and fulfill your dreams and aspirations through mastery, productive and genuine self-improvement and development that anyone can adopt and transform to.

Some of the worst writing I’ve been subjected to in years. Bad advice coupled with bad character design and development. Sad to know that 15 million other people had to suffer alongside me.
