A love story where love at first sight turns deadly when Dana is charged for crimes she did not do (according to her). Will Bridger stand by her?
A good suspense novel. Very well-written.

A clever, offbeat thriller with many unique touches. Its only misstep was letting the bad guy get away at the end.

I'm on a crazy book binge this month. It helps that I didn't go to work due to an ice storm in Tulsa so just lounged around the house in my pajamas all day. This is the tenth novel of Boyle's I've read--counted them, I haven't missed a novel he's done--plus a couple of short story collections. Just on sheer numbers, I don't think I've read more stuff by any other writer. So, I guess you could say he's a favorite of mine.
Talk Talk is kind of different for Boyle. It's a thriller actually. All the action is set off because of identity theft--not the juciest of subjects but one that spawns car chases, showdowns, fist fights, detective work, cross country trips for revenge and all kinds of action. One of the main characters is deaf which I'm not sure I've read something w/ a deaf character before.
Lately Boyle has been kind of hit and miss for me--this was a hit and thanks to the ice storm keeping me inside all day, read it in a blur.

eh, it was ok. Seemed to take me a long time to get through it. It wasn't awful, but I doubt I would recommend it.

Boyle is brilliant in the way he writes characters, emotions, details. This is an absolutely thrilling story and well worth your time! I only gave this book 4 stars because it’s not my favourite genre and there was a point in the middle when I wanted to switch to something else. Still, the story was gripping enough that I wanted to read on. The last third of the book gets so exciting I had to close the book a couple times to breath

The plot was rather flimsy but the prose, the description of food, and the metaphors & similes were brilliant.
