Okay, i have no words. This was sosososo good.
Unlike anything I've read. I'm actually so happy Riley and Charlie didn't end up together. 17 and 27 ain't it and their problems just got in the way

This was a hard one to read because it's so real. I could only read a few chapters at a time before needing a break.  I wish thos had multiple perspectives because I desperately wanted to know more about Louisa, there are 10 notebooks and we only get a few sentences, not fair. There was a whole story there. Even finding out more about blue and Casper would have been great. We learn hardly anything about Linus. Charlie even admits she doesn't ask anyone about their lives and they have had so much life. Why can't we learn about it?

I would have also liked to see Charlie's art, especially the drawings of her friends when she was on the street and the comic she drew of her experience. I think that would have been very moving. Not including it is a huge missed opportunity.

I was going to give this book a much lower score but I can’t stop thinking about it which is always a sign of a good book to me. This was an intense read with some really tough parts however I feel like the story of this book was so important. I finished the book unsatisfied though and I don’t feel we were given a proper ending and not in a good way either, I feel like Riley and Charlie’s story was unfinished. Also there were several points where the writing was too descriptive and lost the narrative of the story, but overall I do feel it was a good bur intense read.
