a little bit NICK AND NORAH’S INFINITE PLAYLIST, a little bit THE SEVEN HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO, a lotta glam - which i love - and some decent character growth.

Now That I’ve Found You by Kristina Forest was a good read. I thought the character development and growth of the main character was great. Forest also did a great job touching on the topics of toxic friendships and the downsides of social media. I think that Evie, the main character, had a bit of an unbelievable story for her home life. However, it is fiction and it did support the story. I really enjoyed Milo’s character. In fact, he was my favorite character in the novel. His work ethic and strong loyalty to his friends and his goals was very admirable.

Overall this was a very well written book that keeps the readers wanting to learn more about the characters. It is also worth mentioning that the cover of this book is beautiful and so fitting of the story. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in a fun light read. I gave this book 3.5 stars.

This one teetered between 3.5 stars. Milo was the best character. Everyone else, especially Gigi and Evie, was just really annoying. But the story was different, and very well told!

This was a really fun and quick read. The characters were likeable and rootable and the romance was so adorable. Since I'm kind of petty, I wished Gigi put Simone in her place a bit more since Simone was such a backstabber. Other than that, I really enjoyed it. These are the teen rom-coms that Netflix should be green light instead of corny Kissing Booth. I hope this book could be made into a movie because it will be really enjoyable.

this was a super well done book! loved the time organization and storyline. the satisfaction of how evie makes decisions regarding her career and love life is immaculate.

This one fell flat for me. I couldn't connect with Evie. I really didn't like her much at all. I did like Milo. I was going to give this book two stars, but I did like the problem towards the end. However, the main end ended abruptly. I wanted more romance, I wanted more closure. Overall, this was an okay read for me.

Thank you NetGalley and the publishers for me ARC.

I have had this book for two years and I never got around to reading it. I don't even know what made decide to read it this time but I am so glad I did. It's great book with a good plot and a bunch of messy but great characters and I loved every part of this book. It's been a long time since I finished a book so quickly and I honestly didn't want the book to end.

If you are in the market for a good romance with a nice “I need to find myself” theme, this is the book for you. Fast paced as the main character, Evie, searches for her grandmother while trying to avoid the clear connection she has made with cute musician, Milo.

Very fun read.

3.5*

This was such a fast-paced and easy read, perfect for the spring/summer. I enjoyed the character arc of Evie as, I will admit, I was not a fan of her at the start but her journey towards not caring what people thought of her was very satisfying to me. Milo was a cute love interest, and even tho overall this book wasn't anything particularly breathtaking, I found it very light and enjoyable.

Enjoyable novel about a journey of self-discovery among family secrets, with a little romance throw in.
