Loli was such a bad friend omg I really couldn't stand the babe. Like the car scene and her lack of care was crazy. I also kind of feel like her community and friends didn't really hold her accountable for her actions enough.

THIS BOOK IS NOT A THRILLER!! It’s a damn teen romance veiled as a thriller, which is why I’m giving this book 1.5 stars. The ONLY things that saved this book from being DNF were the narrator’s voice and the “dares” the main character Loli had to do. Other than that? This book was so disappointing!

I do not like reading romance books

ESPECIALLY when the friends who are too afraid to tell the other they’re in love trope. It was so painfully predictable!!! The only thing that wasn’t predictable, was Loli’s lack of accountability until THE VERY END

Loli made me so frustrated and I don’t care if she’s a teenager. There are plenty of teens that know when to apologize and take responsibility for their actions. Unfortunately Loli is not one of them and there were so many times I wanted her to finally step up but she’s infuriating! And the “dares” she got and gave weren't that thrilling

they were mostly stupid and dangerous or totally lame. She even finds out who the mystery guy is, and waits until she’s on a train, “running away with him” to finally think about how stupid the plan is, all so she can continue to chase adrenaline and to not tell her best friend Ryan that she loves him??? UNREAL

Her friends deserved better. I will not recommend this book at all.

This book is perfect for people looking for a YA book with some thriller scenes and elements. The dialogue was engaging and keeps the reader interested. I was happy to see a character who falls on the ace spectrum. Overall, it was a fun YA read.
