3.5 estrellas. Me demorĂ© demasiado leyendo este libro. Creo que tiene herramientas y mensajes que pueden ser Ăștiles. Pero tambien es abrumador.

I feel like I am cheating in reviewing this book because there are all sorts of exercises you are supposed to do on your own time and I did exactly zero of them. I did think about them though! But it is probably more effective if you follow directions. I liked the authors' philosophies and think this book contains good advice for someone who is contemplating a career change.

I liked it. I would recommend it for someone needing a boost in the right direction with a scientific approach to work life balance.

The concept behind this book was great - applying Design Thinking to designing your own life. But The actual content was fairly light, fairly uninstructive, and, to be frank, quite unaware of its own privilege. To apply the concepts in this book, you have to have the financial and personal capacity to put the ideas into action. The issue that the book displays no awareness of this fact.
