I kind of guessed the ending within the first 75 pages, but then I thought it was going to go a way different direction. If my other guess had been correct I think I would have liked this more!

Not sure why I read this book or in this case, listened to the audiobook. I did not enjoy this, it was a little creepy, and I’m not a fan of mystery. I also felt it to be extremely predictable.

This was my first experience with this author's work, and it certainly will not be my last! I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this novel, including the excellent character development, the numerous twists and turns, and the well-crafted storyline. It was truly an excellent read!

3.5 stars. I was sucked into the story and wanted to finish to figure out the end, but wasn’t wowed by it. Although the story was well done and I enjoyed the writing, the ending felt far fetched and forced. I wish they spent more time on the dads backstory.
