Informative. And Giannis' story alone is inspiring without adding anything to it. But the writing left a lot to be desired.

Loved reading the history of Giannis’ upbringing and family along with the stories of early in his career in the NBA up to earning the MVP. Would love for their to be an appendix about the championship run in ‘21 as a sort of culmination even as his career continues.

I wanted to see if this was something my Primary school audience might like, but although it was interesting to me, it didn't seem right for the kids i have in mind.

Great story, but writing style is not as engaging as other memoirs or biographies. Some parts are more detailed than they need to be, but others do bring nostalgia as a Milwaukeean. Worth the read.

Loved this book! Took a bit to get into, but I loved how it told the story of Giannis as a person. Not only that, but it highlighted the growth of the Bucks organization, the coaches, his family, etc. An all-encompassing book that has allowed me to gain even more respect for Giannis as both a person and a competitor. Great read!

One of the best biographies I’ve read. This man is amazing.

“Always want more, but never be greedy.”

“If I can’t be the face of the league being me, I don’t want to be the face of the league.”
