For ages 7 and up, another great book by Robie H. Harris. Matter-of-fact tone, specific information, all types of families represented, and all of the related basics are covered too.

Cover of books says Age 7 and up. I agree it would be better for those ages and will come back to this book when my children are older. The same authors wrote Its Not The Stork and that one is for Age 4 and up.

G and I loved reading this book together. It's very informative and sensitive. We had great discussions about bodies and babies and families. Highly recommend.

We have to buy a copy of this and the other books in the series because Berry didn't want me to return it to the library-after several months, still! Lots of great information presented in an age-appropriate way.

Good. Non judgemental, covers everything. I found the cartoon bird & bee annoying but then I'm not 12 so they aren't really for me.
