This book got me reinterested in the series. For me, books 4 & 5 got a bit dull. This one had a lot more happening and had a lot more twists in it.

Thank you to @scholastic_au for sending me a copy of this one. I really enjoyed reading this one, it was intruiging seeing all the pieces come together from some of the other villains stories and learning more about The Odd Sisters. The story follows on from the events of Mistress of All Evil with Circe searching for a way to save her sisters. As the story unfolds we come to learn that Circe is not who she thought she was. Helping her along the way is Snow White and Nanny from the fairylands. A couple of characters who i liked from previous villains books show up too. I loved how the author has interwoven little things and characters from the other stories, there were many penny drop moments throughout for me. It also suprised me a few times when I thought I new what had happened in the past but it wasn't what had happened

I did enjoy getting to know about the odd sisters and who they actually are. I feel like each book keeps getting more and more disturbing, I’m loving how everything intertwines.

After five books getting to know these powerful witches, we finally uncovered much of their history, and many, MANY loose ends are tied up! As the saga progressed, there were many unanswered questions regarding who Lucina, Ruby and Martha really are, where they came from, and the answers left me speechless!

LOVED this story. I honestly couldn't remember who the Odd Sisters were when I started this, but it ties so many fairy tales together. I feel like I definitely should've read them in order, but I made it through.
