I’ll read anything by Karin Slaughter. She knows how to make you squeamish and uncomfortable in the most amazing ways. Her books are addicting and this particular book lived up to all expectations.

3.5 rounded up. This is my third book by the author. The previous two were 5 star reads. I loved the first 100 pages and the last 150 pages of this book. The middle 200 where very slow and boring. However, I feel like the ending really made up for it as did the general concept of the book. The last 150 pages were so fast paced that I finished them in a coupe of hours. Looking forward to reading many more books by Karin Slaughter.

I didn’t think Karin Slaughter could beat Pretty Girls, but holy cow. This book was AMAZING. I can’t even fathom the things I read. It was beautiful, heart-wrenching, terrifying, and so intoxicating. Highly recommend this book!
