Every single time I thought I knew where this story was going, every time I thought I'd made an accurate judgement... I was wrong. I couldn't put the book down to the point my kids had to remind me that it was dinner time

I really enjoyed the first half of this book and felt that it had great tension for someone who enjoys a horror novel. The author does a great job with description even though it was told from a rotating third person POV it was still easy to keep track of who's  mind you were in. The second half got slightly predictable with an almost anticlimactic ending, I did feel like the characters overcame a large plot point too easily. This book certainly would've gotten a better score should the last 50 pages have been a bit more exciting. But overall a good read and I will be reading more by this author.
