Interesting and informative

This was interesting and informative. Had heard very little about the importance of this nerve and was helpful learning more about it and it's function and how to take care of it to feel better, especially when I have most of the issues it shows being related to it. Very interesting. Only request would be that I wish it included some sources as I went through the book but otherwise very good.
