This book picked up right where the last one left off and we got the answers we were waiting for. However, this duet is not my favorite and this is not as good as Rina Kent's other books.

This was just a little over the top with the twins, their backstory, and what went on with Asher's sister. It was hard to buy into this actually happening. There were some plot holes and I was rolling my eyes at most of the plot, but I still enjoyed the second half.

Asher was redeemed and I loved how obsessed and possessive he was of Reina.

I posted a vlog on my YouTube channel, Amber Reads Romance:

An insanely unrealistic engaging ride! That’s how I’ll describe this duet.

Some parts I enjoyed, mainly getting to understand the history of the characters and their interaction with others outside the main couple. I started to actually root for them a little around the end.

The parts that I was not much of a fan of was the conversations between the main couple for the first 70%. It was quite repetitive and I always felt they was so much background info we never got to see.
Also I called most of the reveals which made it drag a little (felt like I was waiting for the main character to catch up with the readers).
