These books are long just for the hell of it. Everyone has to find three things before they can even fight. The last was my favorite, but 80 some chapters. She did find all three things. Throne of Glass is much better.

I wanted to read this series just to see what the fuss was about as I'd seen it everywhere and people were raving about it. Not my usual book but have to say overall really enjoyed it.

ACOTAR was good but the rest of the series outdid it by far.

ACOMF was definitely my favourite, the development of the characters and the BAT boys. The wit, the sarcasm, written like they're actually friends unlike the relationship between Tamlin and Lucien.
There were times I laughed, times my heart stopped and, during ACOSF definitely times I sat shouting at my kindle wanting to smack Nesta for being a stubborn idiot.

I finished the series a few days ago and I won't lie it's living in my head. I need book 6 to come out now.

This series got me out of a few year long reading slump.
