I didn't read Three cups of tea, but after reading this it's a real shame that Mortenson seemed to have conned a lot of people out of a lot of money. His intentions and motivations were good, but got lost along the way.

Very short book, worth the read although a sad reflection on people's willingness to go along with unethical behavior, and/or look the other way.

This might be a good, enlightening and shocking report and critique of Three Cups of Tea but I had never heard of Greg Mortenson nor the CAI and therefore have no background, connection or affinity to this book or its subject.

I read three cups of tea when it was a best seller and was like all the rest impressed by Greg mortenson . The extent of his lies were beyond what I had heard about in passing.

This book lists all his infractions in a clear well written book. I would have liked to have know more about the fallout after he’d been labeled a fraud. Was there any? Did he repent, try and explain himself? Deeper character analysis for motive?

This book left me wanting to know more about the human side of the story.
