I was really enjoying this until the I love you's at the very end. Come on! They've known each other about 7 weeks and six of them were spent apart! I'm dying. If they hadn't have included that, it would have been ace because the main plot minus the erotica was just as great as the erotic scenes. I like these quick little stories!

Oh, Samhain Publishing. Maybe it's pure coincidence but everything I've read that Samhain has published has really been borderline erotica. This novella was no exception. But, whatever, it was pretty hot.
Romance is what it is and you either appreciate that or you don't, I guess. Sometimes I just need a good romance novel to get me through the day. Heat of Passion was short and sweet. It hit the spot and now I can continue my Stephen King marathon.
