No notes, I love this book, and it is the perfect ending to this series. Makes me want to restart the series all over again and keep reading it.

I entered this series without much knowledge of the book besides seeing fan art of the MMC, High King Cardan. I enjoyed The Cruel Prince (book 1), so much so that I was desperate to get my hands on book 2. I was, unfortunately disappointed with book 2 because the characters annoyed me. Which, in hindsight, may have been intentional. By The Queen of Nothing (book 3), I was determined that maybe this series wasn't for me. But the second half of the story, and seeing the slow burn romance come to bloom, enthralled me once again. I finished the series really enjoying it. As you can see... it's been a whirlwind.
As for my review of The Queen of Nothing. I found the resolution of the story line very satisfying. Seeing the growth of the characters and the perseverance of "good" were captivating elements for me. I liked the magical characters and how endless Elfhame felt as a magical realm... there is truly anything and everything. I disliked how some story arcs felt unresolved
I'm looking at you The Ghost and Taryn, and also Vivi and Heather...
.I would also like to see more of
Cardan in the mortal world. It felt like it was rushed in at the end.
