The Queen of Nothing is pure chaos and sinful tension and I devoured every second of it. Jude and Cardan? They lie, they betray, they burn each other alive just to feel something and I’m right there giggling like a problem.

There are daggers pressed to throats and hands tangled in hair. It’s whispered promises that sound like threats and threats that sound like love confessions. Jude would ruin the world for him and he’d let her and they’d both laugh about it after.

Enemies to lovers done right is sharp, soft, and so wrong it’s right and this is exactly that. Stolen crowns, stolen kisses, stolen dignity (mine)
and that one scene with Cardan and Jude is just ARGHHH!!!!

Long live the Queen and long live the monster she married.
I’d read it again and I recommend you read it!

This was a FANTASTIC conclusion to the trilogy. The Queen of Nothing wraps up all the threads from the trilogy in a...mostly neat box. Jude was the last to finish her character arc, but it is a satisfying and deserved conclusion for the High Queen of Elfhame. Cardan's character growth was excellent and makes him truly deserving of Jude. This is the truest enemies to lovers I have ever read. I would consider making a faerie bargain just to erase my memories of this series so I could read it all over again.

Do yourself a favor and read the incredibly short Cardan's Letters to Jude in Exile after this. It is short and sweet, but demonstrates Cardan's sincerity. I love Jude and Cardan so much!

The Queen of Nothing
By Holly Black
5 Stars

Holly Black has woven another fantastic tale in the Land of Elfhame! If you liked the first two books in this series, then I have no doubt that you will like this one as well.

Black adds some new characters to the mix as well as some new magic to the story. She doesn’t give you a chance to get bored with this action packed novel.

I can’t wait to read the next Elfhame book!! This series has been so fun and adventurous.
