a tad dull..

Series got too sidetracked from the main story line. Some volumes were just filler stories that really weren't anything special. The ending is lacking, but just like Hana Kimi, the beginning is awesome.

Re-reading the series for the first time since middle school and it’s still my favourite

This is more of a rating for the entire manga series.

I gave it five stars because it has just the right combination of serious and funny parts. There are some moments where all you want to do is laugh, but then in other parts you'll be crying or about to start crying. it really is a beautiful balance, making Fruits Basket a really special story.

There are so many beautiful quotes that the characters say, teaching readers so many wonderful things to remember about life as we find our place.

I love all of the characters in their own quirks and ways, and it was so great to see them grow throughout the span of the manga series.

This is probably my millionth re-read of this manga and it NEVER gets old! I always have to re-read after I binge the anime.

I love this manga! This is the second or third time I've read it, and it still makes me smile! I decided a reread was in order because I realized that I never read the last book in the series (It wasn't out in English the last time I read the series)! I love the concept of the Chinese Zodiac animals being embodied by the Sohma family. It's just so unique! The characters are awesome as well! I think one of the main reasons I love this manga so much is because of the main character, Tohru Honda. She is just so optimistic and naïve. Honestly, she reminds me of myself. It's been several years since the last time I read this series, and I've found that I forgot some of the plot. For example, I forgot what animal Kagura turns into. It's just so much fun to reconnect with these characters! On to book 2!
