OVERALL IMPRESSION: This book just makes me happy. Auggie had to overcome so much and he's so strong because of it. This books shows that people can overcome aything. And the face that this is such a young child makes it both heartbreaking and inspiring. This would be a great book to read with a child to help open up a discussion with them about getting to know someone without judging them based on their outward appearance.
CHARACTERS: Auggie is blessed with a wonderful family that support him through everything. And Auggie himself is so sweet. I like the character of Jack quite a bit. He goes through a ton of character development throughout this book.
COVER: I like the cover a lot. The blue is such a gorgeous color! I also really like the cover underneath the dust jacket.

I read this book in class a couple years back and watched the movie.I love this book and movie it was so heartfelt.I had a good time reading and watching it.

I haven't cried this hard at a book in a long time. A touching story told from various children's perspectives.
I remember watching this movie when I was younger and thought it was great and just a sweet lil thing so I was interested about the book. It was honestly a nice read and flowed really well. Cute and uplifting story, and just very human perspectives throughout.
Perfect Middle School descriptions, characters and angst. Great message for any age!

One of those books that makes you wish it didn't end, I am at a loss for words as to how WONDERful this book will make you feel! A must read for eveyone. Just remember, always choose to be kind!
