It was a hard book to get into, a lot of information dumping at the beginning but it is so worth it to stick with it.

Almost DNF'd in the first 30 pages, glad I pushed on though. Got super emotional at the end, lots of David and Goliath moments. Started to feel slow and then it all kicked off in the last 4th of the book. Totally cried. Definitely going to read the next one.

SJM knows how to write a book!! This book is more different than her other series, but I love it all the same. The world building was amazing and I felt like I was in Lunathion. Bryce's journey is emotional, and makes you feel for her every step of the way. When she meets Hunt, I breathed a sigh of relief that she found someone who would ease the burden of her traumas. Crazy ending! Picking up the 2nd book NOW!!!
